Our marketing system allows for complete servicing of all property types including single family homes, residential acreage, duplexes and multiple unit housing, lots and land, lake property, new construction developments and commercial property.

My name is Greg Coelho, I have lived in the Newport Washington Area for the past 9 years. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, I’m the owner/ operator of GSC Appraisals.  For the past 18 years I have held a Certified Residential Appraiser license.

I feel I can be of great assistance to potential buyers and sellers, due to my career as an appraiser.  I was a Real Estate agent for 3 years in the early 1990's and decided to pursue a career in retail management.  In 2006 I opened GSC Appraisals. Jennifer Shupe is a full-time broker with Real Estate Marketplace NW, Inc. in Washington and EXIT Real Estate Professionals in Idaho. She has been a REALTOR since 2011 and is an Accredited Land Consultant with the REALTORS Land Institute.

She grew up in Stevens County and spent time living around the country until her husband retired from the US Army. They returned to make their home in Deer Park and raise their six beautiful children.
