My name is Chris Teague, and I was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. In 2004, I graduated from Whitworth University, and began a career in public accounting. My name is Greg Coelho, I have lived in the Newport Washington Area for the past 9 years. In addition to being a Real Estate Broker, I’m the owner/ operator of GSC Appraisals.  For the past 18 years I have held a Certified Residential Appraiser license.

I feel I can be of great assistance to potential buyers and sellers, due to my career as an appraiser.  I was a Real Estate agent for 3 years in the early 1990's and decided to pursue a career in retail management.  In 2006 I opened GSC Appraisals.
