My name is Leslie Bachman. I am a real estate broker with EXIT Real Estate Professionals. I am an enrolled member of the Spokane Tribe and I have lived in the Spokane area for most of my life. I have 15 years of management experience in the retail fuels industry. During my time as a manager, I gained experience in negotiating vendor-merchant contracts and facilitating sales initiatives.

After entering the workforce at 17 years of age, I knew that I would need a place to call my own. I worked hard and saved up until I was able to build a home for myself. I was excited to experience all the joys that come with buying and building a home. I loved that I had the opportunity to design something that my family and other families can enjoy for years to come.

After graduation I attended Kinman Business U and Spokane Falls. At the age of 18 I bought my first house that was a fixer upper inside and out, and began my journey. At that time had a passion of changing and making a difference in a neighborhood, is what I did.

Then I got involved with the decoration part and entered the Home Shows here in Spokane and won first place, three out of 5 years. Realized how much I loved the deco part and started working for builders choosing all the colors in and out. So a started my own business which was called Finer Interiors by Linda. Selling carpet and drapes, and placing, furniture, as well as consulting. I had access at a little furniture store here in Spokane and went to market to choose for my next model homes event.

As I watched the public attend these shows I figured I could sell these homes and make more money then just staging them. So I got my RE license in 1989 and went to town, doing both!

After buying and selling, fixing up, and building 4 custom homes of my own, I now have the pleasure of helping others with their big purchase of finding a home to call their own. It is a passion of mine to be there and spend the time they may need to figure out what they can do to this house to make it their own.

My other passion is my two beautiful daughters who make me proud, and so lucky to have the most brilliant and beautiful grandchildren I could ever ask for. I will be there to help them on their journey, and hope they have a great time on grandma's fun path as I have.
