My name is Josephine Seo. I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Spokane in 2016. What I love most about this community is the amenities of a big city in small city living and the ease there is in getting out to the lakes, rivers and mountains with family.

Real Estate is a second profession for me. I chose this career after having moved several times for work. I know the excitement, the fear, the frustration, stress and joy of finding the right house. My passion is to help you find the house that can become a home, be it for new families just starting out, or families with lots of children, or that quite comfortable place once kids have grown and started their own families.

Beyond real estate, I have been involved with West Pend Oreille Fire District for over 40 years as Secretary-Treasurer and grant writer. A Washington State University graduate and small business owner, I am working to serve clients in both the sale and search of residential properties in Spokane and the surrounding area.  Prior to real estate, I worked in the medical field as an administrative assistant and patient family advocate.  My small business is in design and project creation of apparel and home décor. Real Estate felt like the perfect next step in my career; utilizing all my skills in order accomplish one goal.

Spokane REALTOR® Kellie Christiansen is a passionate, people-focused real estate professional who works hard to ensure that her clients achieve the best possible results. Born in Spokane, Kellie was raised in Post Falls, and she has fond memories of summers spent at her family's cabin on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Following high school, Kellie moved back to Spokane.

Kellie quickly realized that interacting with people was one of her greatest strengths, a quality that helped her excel throughout her 16-year career with Northern Quest Casino. Kellie started out as a dealer in the table games department, where she worked under a manager who helped foster Kellie's unbeatable work ethic. Kellie was promoted to a supervisor within her department, a role that involved a significant amount of responsibility. Not only was her work at the casino challenging and satisfying, but the casino is also where she met the love of her life.

As a busy mom of three active boys, the COVID-19 pandemic brought on a number of major changes in Kellie's life. She stayed home with her kids to support their online learning, and once schools and the casino re-opened, she found it hard to return to her previous hectic schedule. It seemed like the ideal time to pursue her interest in real estate, and with support from a coworker who had experience in the real estate industry, Kellie decided to go for it and pursue her real estate license.
