Over the years, I’ve worked with homeowners, buyers, investors, contractors, lenders, and development partners across a wide range of real estate situations. My experience includes traditional sales, distressed properties, off-market acquisitions, investment opportunities, and creative financing. That broader background allows me to look at each property from more than one angle and help determine whether the best path is to sell, hold, renovate, build, or reposition.
On the investment and development side, my experience came through ownership and direct responsibility for the projects themselves. I’ve owned and operated real estate investment, construction, and development ventures involving projects ranging from single-family renovations to luxury townhomes and multifamily development. That ownership perspective has required me to evaluate the full project—from acquisition and financing through budgeting, construction, execution, and completion.
That experience shapes the way I approach brokerage.
When I evaluate a property, I’m not looking only at what it may sell for. I’m also considering condition, construction, marketability, value-add potential, risk, and opportunity.
Sometimes the best path is a traditional listing. Sometimes strategic improvements can strengthen a property’s position before going to market. Sometimes there may be an investment, development, or off-market opportunity worth considering.
And sometimes the smartest decision is knowing what not to do.
Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, building, or simply trying to determine the best direction for a property, my goal is to help you see the full picture, understand your options, and choose the strategy that makes the most sense for your property and your goals.
That broader perspective is the foundation of how I serve my clients:
